CosmicDance

Possibly my best work to date. One evening, on a farm in the Northern Cape, I gazed up in the sky and saw the most stars I have seen in my life. I was inspired by the creation and thought that an album based on the universe would be a good idea. When I got home I immediately started working on the album and the track, Starlight, was born. The rest, as they say, is history. This is purely a dance album but you'll find that it's easy to listen to.
I used lots of outboard gear and VST synths on this one. I created the songs on PC and then routed the audio to outboard compressors and mixing desk and routed everything back to the PC for recording.
Click on the play button next to each song to listen to a short piece of each song. If you like it, you can buy the whole album. Many a late night was spent on creating this album and it's very rewarding to sit back and enjoy what you have created. 

Hi, I created the entire CosmicDance album from my studio at home. It took a lot of hard work and late hours to complete this album. It's my first trance/dance album and I'm very proud of it. Click on the song links at the left of the page to hear a short, high quality clip of each song.  I created this album using Steinberg's Cubase SX 3.0, Propellerheads Reason 3.0 and various VST plugins including Spectrasonics Stylus RMX, Spectrasonics Atmosphere, Rob Papen's Albino 3, to just mention a few.
